吴同垒，男，1987年生，博士，教授，2015年毕业于中国农业大学预防兽医学专业。现任动物医学专业负责人，秦皇岛市疫病防控工程技术研究中心主任，校外学术机构兼职河北省畜牧兽医学会理事，河北省肉牛学会常务理事。

多年以来，一直从事动物医学相关的教学与科研工作，先后主持国家自然科学基金项目、河北省科技计划项目，河北省高等公司科学研究项目以及秦皇岛市科技计划项目等项目，并取得3项科研成果，先后获得河北省科技进步二等奖3项（排名3,3,5）。在国内外学术刊物上发表学术论文100余篇，其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文14篇。出版规划教材1部，授权发明专利3项。
